This charming and modern apartment is located on the second floor of a modern building with an inner patio and lift.

The apartment features wooden ceilings, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a comfortable shower cabin. The bedroom also has the access to a terrace overlooking the church of “La Trinidad” which will allow you to enjoy one of the 320 sunny days Malaga offers through the year!

There is an open space including the kitchen, dining and living area.

The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, with its modern touch, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine/dryer.

The dining area (4 guests) is just across of the kitchen, perfect for those who want to enjoy meals at home and on the terrace.

The living room features a sofa bed (futon type) ideal for some rest or for a friend’s overstay and modern furniture as well as flat screen TV and DVD.

Air conditioner-heating units are located in both, the master bedroom and the living room.

The area of “La Trinidad” is a historic and popular neighbourhood with a mix of locals.

This apartment also offers parking within the same building and internet access through USB key (both are optional at an extra daily cost) and it’s advisable for business and touristy stay.
